As anyone who’s in or trying to get to the northeast knows, a massive snowstorm is walloping the region as I write this. This has obviously affected travel into Worcester: thousands of flights have been canceled, Amtrak has canceled train service between New York and Boston at least until tomorrow morning, and driving conditions are treacherous.
And the DCU Center, where Phish’s two-night run begins tomorrow night, has canceled the hockey game that was scheduled for tonight. But as of right now, the concert is set to go on. This could mean good things for fans who make it in: as Hidden Track notes, classic shows like 12/30/93, 12/9/95, 12/14/95, and 12/11/97 all happened in similar conditions.
