Following the March 31st announcement of Phish’s ninth festival, many fans were left wanting more, details that is. The Frequently Asked Questions page was finally completed on the official SBIX site last night. The majority of the rules seem pretty standard for a weekend of this magnitude, but in classic Phish fashion, they were answered with a sense of humor.
