You took the words I've been repeating to anyone who will listen right out of my mouth. Haven't been this pumped prob since Hampton and before that, I couldn't even point to a time. Probably because they were 'always around' before that. The sparcity of playing has added buzz and anticipation to this compact NYE blast. To your point that people are nervous that the break will mess with their hotness, I'd note that Bethal rocked and there was almost a 6 month gap between shows before that run.
